TeamThe partners managing Vermont Capital Partners are also the partners of Brook Venture Fund II, LP, and include Andrew Clapp, Frederic Morris, Edward Williams and Walter Beinecke. The partners meet with companies, review their business plans, oversee the investments and work actively with the companies to help them execute their growth plans.
The staff of Brook Venture Partners is actively involved in the review of Vermont companies and with the oversight of the Fund’s Vermont investments.
VCP is building a Vermont Advisory Board, which will help identify prospective investment opportunities for Brook. Brook also has a highly qualified and accomplished group of fund advisors who are also listed on the Brook website. They bring considerable expertise within a variety of fields.
